City O Willey

The City was founded when Willey sent out for a walk from Cape Town. And being Willey, he walked all the way to the edge of the country and then got bored and thought that walking was for losers and people he nearly killed, nearly killed as he only wanted to toy with them, so he started to run, after a couple of laps, around the island, he saw that a mountain looked at him funny and challenged the mountain to a fight. Somehow he won he declared on the spot that if anyone else would like to challenge him, there would be the spot.

The City O Willey was thereforth founded, but since few people wanted to challenge Willey to a fight, the city had a rough start. So Willey, being also just as logical as he is tough, decided to just say: Who ever is a tough man... or penguin, and is ready for a life of excitement shall come to my city to kick each other's ass. The city then filled with people just there to fight eachother.
