Ciwirtes is a city-nation located to the south of Emayshira. The primary cultural separation which caused Ciwirtes to eventually decide on independence was that Emayshira spoke mostly Kuhó while Ciwirtes spoke a dialect of French because of contact with French colonists in the last century. Though no French colonies were actually settled on the island of Emass because of differences of species and mutual understanding of this.
The Choeaux tribe ethnicity specific to Ciwirtes is probably the only French speaking tribe of raptorans known.
