Clandonia Prime-Navy
History
Since the formation of the New Clandonia the navy has played an important role, firstly for its pro-Royalist stance as it united people and provided transport to those stranded across the world after the collapse of the Hughes administration.
The navy is based on two parts, the main ship force and the Marine contingent plus their air power of the fleet air arm and tri-service helicopters. The marines, tough assault soldiers with equipment designed for naval landings such as hovercraft systems, helicopters, landing craft. The fleets are placed under command of Naval Commanders who control the group of ships in times of war. Clandonia's main naval base is New Danskeran with several smaller bases.

Fleet Air Arm
Combined with work with the air force the fleet air arm runs the helicopters and air power of the navy. Controlling aircraft for ASW and recon work they provide a crucial part in the naval forces of Clandonia Prime. Recent plans have been put forward to merge the fleet air arm with the air force and army air corps to build the tri-service helicopter service with aircraft going to the RCPAF.
Marines
One of the toughest units in the armed forces of Clandonia, with four million in numbers, they provide a considerable backbone to any invasion. Their fast equipment allows them to take beach heads quickly allowing armour to get onto the shore safely supporting the main army. Their main elements are the 3 Commando Army Group, they can fight on land, sea and air deployable from any location making them a worthwhile contribution to the armed forces.
