About Com.uni.glo
Com.uni.glo is the largest landline and mobile phone company in The Digital Network (It is the fastest growing company in the Digital Network) and has divisions in over 21 countries through out the Simtropolis Region making it the largest Telecommunications company in the Simtropolis Region or possibly in the NationStates World (Even though they do not have a presence outside the Simtropolis Region yet but has been given an licence to offer its services outside the region.
The Company has over 3,500,000,000 landline customers, and 1,750,000,000 Mobile Phone Customers and there is currently a lot of rivally with Zolo Mobile (KSX:ZLO) and Quimpog Mobile services (KSX:QMS) to get the most customers, but these two companies have been granted licences to provide their services to some countries outside the region and to all countries within the Simtropolis Region, and is growing extreamly rapidly. Com.uni.glo will be granted an 25 Region licence from NSCC (NationStates Communication Commission) by Mid-September, which will give the Company time to at least the new infostructure for the New 3.5G phone in all major towns and cities (as well as the Traditional 2G, 2.5G and 3G Mobile Communication Services), this will make com.uni.glo the first 3.5G network but other networks will soon after follow.
Internet Services
Com.uni.glo also offer internet services to its customers and is currently trying to compete with Infoengine Corporation (DNSX:INF) and therefore Com.uni.glo internet services are way cheaper but offer slower speeds but has one advantage over Infoengine which is that Com.uni.glo will soon offer 4mb, 8mb and 32mb broadband to mobile phones and will be able to offer an 120mb connection to all users (Domestic and Businesses) and an 240mb connection to all users (Domestic and Businesses in Large Cities and Towns) just before Christmas 2005. Broadband is available Wirelessly or an ordinary phone line.
Com.uni.glo will offer the first 100% Standard Phone Line Compatible VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Service in March 2006, which will not require an Computer,(Broadband Connection Required).
Researcb and Development
The Reason why Com.uni.glo has invested billions into Research and Development is to give the company an huge advantage ahead of its competitors in order for the amount of subscribers to grow, also Research and Development are also able to provide cheaper services to the customer thanks to the new ultra-low radiation and smaller mobile phone mast which are cheaper to manufacture, to set-up and it is cheaper for running costs.
Manufacturing
Com.muni.glo also manufactures digital telephones and mobile phones for the new 3.5G network (As well as the traditional networks) as well as Nokia (DNSX:NOK, Secondary Listing), Motorola (DNSX:MOTO, Secondary Listing) and the joint venture of SonyEricsson (DNSX:SONY, Secondary Listing) and (DNSX:ERIC, Secondary Listing) which are the mobiles brands used with an Com.muni.glo contract or Prepay phone. Also Com.muni.glo phones are available on other networks as well, and also manufactures TV, Radio and Mobile Phone Masts and Satellites for the Simtropolis Region.
