Commonality Sol Orbital of Vilya Elenosto (CSO Vilya Elenosto)
Vilya Elenosto is a Sol-orbiting colony revolving around the Sun in an unnatural directed orbit near the asteroid belt that keeps it in alignment with Mars at all times. Vilya Elenosto is a seperate political entity to ICEL in the same way as Ma-tek and Ax-turath: it has only limited autonomy.
