Commonality Sol Orbital of Vilya Elenosto (CSO Vilya Elenosto)

Vilya Elenosto is a Sol-orbiting colony revolving around the Sun in an unnatural directed orbit near the asteroid belt that keeps it in alignment with Mars at all times. Vilya Elenosto is a seperate political entity to ICEL in the same way as Ma-tek and Ax-turath: it has only limited autonomy. Unlike the other 'nations' of the Commonality, however, Vilya Elenosto has its own defence force, under a different command structure. Vilya Elenosto is often referred to as 'Vilya Elenosto and the Colonies', although to date only one further Orbital Colony has been constructed, and that has yet to be deployed to its planned position near the Earth-Mars Highway exit point.
