The Commonwealth Association of Trade and Industrial Unions and Professional Associations is an independent Commonwealth organization designed to facilitate contact between workers and professionals throughout the Commonwealth and to promote the interests of workers and professionals throughout the various Commonwealth member states. The founding conference of the Association was held in Iora, Sahor in 2006. It was attended by the leaders of the major labour and professional organizations from each of the Commonwealth's ten member states.

The CATIUPA represents 112,200,000 workers and professionals through its 1,123 affiliated organization.
