Commonwealth Secretariat for Special Affairs

The Commonwealth Secretariat for Special Affairs is a Commonwealth Commission secretariat with a broad mandate to deal, in accordance with Commonwealth laws and treaties and with the policy directives of the Commonwealth General Assembly as well as with a basic respect for the intrinsic dignity and natural freedom of all sentients, with so-called future-tech, the special issues of some non-humans, interdimensional affairs, paranormal phenomena, the special issues of some post-humans, fractal reality, magic, time travel, artificial intelligence and other phenomena outside the context in which the mainstream of the Commonwealth normally interprets the world.
