Commonwealth Secretariat for the Prevention and Prosecution of War Crimes

The Commonwealth Secretariat for the Prevention and Prosecution of War Crimes is a secretariat of the Commonwealth Commission responsible for enforcing the Arra Accords on Chemical and Biological Warfare, aspects of the Taliadoros Treaty on the Law of the Sea and aspects of the Zwingli Convention on the Prevention of Human Trafficking and Child Sex Tourism within the Commonwealth. The Secretariat is responsible for prosecuting Commonwealth nationals for violations of the relevent sections of these these treaties and for prosecuting violations of the Nuremberg Principles and certain aspects of the Arra Accords according to principles of universal jurisdiction.
