The Communist Party of Sel Appa (French: Parti communiste de Sel Appa) is a political party in Sel Appa, currently led by Ngu Phuok Dinh. At the parliamentary elections on 27 March 2005, the party gained 33.3% of the vote and 117 of 351 seats, becoming the largest party in Parliament. The party has remained strong and grown in membership since the election. The chancellor of Sel Appa, Ngu Phuok Dinh, is a Communist.
