The Empire of Complete Malevolence is an active United Nations member located in Antarctic Oasis. The Empire is known for its emphasis on defense, and law and order, as the two constitute over eighty percent of the government budget. Although the Empire is fiercely protective of its way of life, recently the Empire’s long established isolationist policy has been somewhat relaxed. The Empire now holds memberships in both UN DEFCON, and the National Sovereignty Organization. Additionally the Empire is a recent signatory of two regional treaties, the AOEAA and the AAA.
