Constitution of Gandara Act

The Constitution of Gandara Act was an act of the Danaan Parliament in 2006. It granted self-government within the Commonwealth of Peoples to Gandara, an area formerly administered by the Resurgent Dream, and established a liberal democratic constitution for the new Commonwealth member state. Because the Act explicitly recognizes her sovereignty, Gandara is free to change or replace the Constitution or to leave the Commonwealth if the democratic government should ever so desire.
