Preamble
The people of the Republic of Saidercray, consisting of the re-united states of Saider and Cray and the ten provinces Tynborough, Varaylia, Fainland, Coastland, Onapany, District of Amshlay, Juinlon, Burgow, Gubbomy and Quanding, Winabek has given itself this constitution to organize and secure the realization of its high ideals which are peace, justice, liberty and happiness amongst all human beings.
Rights of the people
Article 1
The people of Saidercray declares itself for the following rights, which are guaranteed to every human being due to the simple fact that he or she exists, independent of race, colour of skin, sex and sexual orientation, language, religion and any other kind of ideology and weltanschauung, origin and descent, property They are unalienable and are the foundation of all human acting and all legislation.

- 1.2 Everyone has the right to freedom of conscience, to freedom of religion and ideology, to freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, to freedom of association and to freedom of peaceful assembly.
