Corporations in Pacitalia, like in other places with Inc., Corp. and Co. attached to their names, have extensions to better show what kind of corporation they are. Here is a quick look at the four major corporation extensions in Pacitalia.

GdNR

GdNR stands for Gruppo di Nunta Restrizzione, and is the equivalent of an LLC (limited liability company) type corporation. These are companies who have little or no government interference, are private (no stock trading) and pay a flat rate of corporate taxes (regardless of asset quantity).

Example: Pacitalia Telecom GdNR, Bluefox Studios GdNR

CCAm

CCAm stands for Corporazione Cambinta in Amphiturale, and that literally translates to A Corporation Traded in Stock Markets. It is then obvious to see the level of public interference in company affairs. CCAm companies have public shareholders, deliver AGMs to its public and are monitored closely for negative activities by the government. Usually, though, CCAm companies are the most reliable and honest.

Example: acis CCAm, Pink Bunny Cola CCAm

SpA

SpA, or Speranunta por'Aggiuntima is the equivalent of a Company. It may or may not be publicly traded, and its tax rate will vary depending on its size and asset quantity. Usually, SpA companies are related to the food, manufacturing or textiles industries, but this is not a set criterium.

Example: Enfora SpA, Marinoceta SpA

GCP / CFGP

GCP is an acronym for Gruppo Consistemali di Pacitalia, while CFGP is an acronym for Consistemura Faronigina Gruppo di Pacitalia. Basically, a GCP is like a Crown corporation (entirely or majorly government owned and operated), but not that far. GCPs, unlike Crown corporations, can decide for themselves when they want to become a fully privatised operation, whereas Crown corporations must seek the approval of the government. Therefore, it is assumable that GCPs have that government interference or input to ensure positive growth and maintained operation. A large number of military manufacturers are GCP companies.

Example: Pomentane Ballistics CFGP, Submersibata GCP
