Decendent of James IV and Dragon Countess Estella V. He is ruler of The Confederacy of The Equatorial Empire and a distant cousin of Damion V. As a decendent of Estella he is a Dragon Lord. Full name is Vladimir James v'Klot. His brother is Max Yon-Zhauryg v'Klot.
