Constable-General Coventina (born 4th July 1980) is the current Minister of Aliquantus and is also the highest ranking soldier in the Aliquancian Army. Coventina was born in the capital city of Godiva. After her schooling she decided to join the army instead of further education at the age of fifteen. She survived the draconian training and when she was eighteen she was accepted to join the Fightwine Military Academy and trained as an officer. After passing as a Lieutenant she rejoined the 6th Regiment, X Brigade (Now Disbanded). After four years and attending military collage again she became the top military officer. When she was twenty five Coventina was the first Adepta Spectrum soldier to be accepted to enter a Palace in Aliquantus as she had been chosen as the next Defence minister. She was taken hostage wile outside the city gate, after being poisoned by the underground gang 'Man80' a radical group of around 300 criminal men who wanted her as an item to blackmail their way out of the country. After repeated beatings and abuse Coventina was found tied up and unconscious by Aliquancian soldiers after the military found and attacked the camp, she had been captive for over a month. She was airlifted and stayed two weeks in hospital, recovering from severe damage to her body, lack of aliment, temporary blindness and the drugs injected into her by her captors.

Only three weeks after her ordeal Coventina immediately transformed the Aliquantus Military from a defence force into a military able to fight overseas as part of a coalition and enlarged the capability to combat terrorism and insurgencies to stop the events that happened to her replaying. After showing her abilitys, Empress Artifacta offered Coventina the role as Minister of Aliquantus and has been it ever since.

As Coventina is an appointed minister she should have gained lordship as Lady Coventina but because she is a military citizen she is not entitled to a civilian title. Adepta Spectrum training means she is incapable of many normal human functions such as emotion or fertility and has a military psychology. Coventina was taught several languages during training and speaks English, Eurasian, Latin, Aliquancian English and Afrikaans.
