Crockerian Police

The Crockerian Police is the laziest, most ineffective police force in the entire region. When Crockeria swung dramatically right wing (in a bizarrely liberal sense) the army had an immense overhaul, leaving the police to their own thing. Retaining the tradtions of the old days of the former Grand Duchy, the police are seen as a tradition rather than an force of influence. When one of the few crimes are commited the police just contact the military police and get them to sort it out.
