Definition of "Cryostasis"
The use of Cryogenic technology to freeze a living being into an ageless and timeless hibernation, either to prolong life indefinately, or to ship as cargo, or for other various means. Great care must be taken in freezing and thawing, or cells and organs will rupture at various thawing and cooling rates. This is purely Future Tech.
