Cuba was liberated from communist forces by the Axis of Esksfans and is now ruled by a benevolent group of democratic free traders. Everyone is welcome in Cuba and free to discuss anything.

We are a small and relatively new state looking for willing volunteers to create an effective government and an energetic region.
