Cyprian was the first king of Cyprarnia, who drove out the Calafalians and established order in the region. His achievements allowed Cyprarnia to rise to the state it is now, and his descendents still rule on Cyprarnia's throne.

Birth and early childhood

Cyprian was born on April 11th, 387AD to Mitlos and Allia*, in the town of Verolíno, which was the capital of the province. Both Mitlos and Allia were poor, from excessive taxing and the constant pillaging from the Tirevulians from the east. Cyprian was a weak child at birth and was not expected to live very long, but he defied the odds and survived.

As a young child he learned from everyone and everything. His father, Mitlos, was the town wise man and his mother was the daughter of a Ibium War Chief. With these two parents, Cyprian was train to be an effective leader from early on, even though there were no politcal rights granted to the Verolínians.

Teenage Years

As a teenager, Cyprian began to dream that he would be the one to save Verolíno from the oppressive hands of the Calafalians. Often he would explore the lands around Verolíno, so he could use them advantagously against the Calafalians, who use brute force and nothing else. This would prove useful later on in his life.

Becoming a King

At the age of 20, in the year 407AD, Cyprian decided that now was the time. Anai IV the current ruler of The Confederation of Calafalian Warlords had imposed a new taxe of 95% on all daily income and purchases in Verolíno. The people were outraged and Cyprian was able to quickly raise an army of 5,000 to take the town.

Alarmed Anai, quickly lead an army of 20,000 to defeat Cyprian, and retake Verolíno. However Cyprian knew the layout of the land, unlike Anai, and Cyprian devestated Anai. Forced to retreat, Anai abandoned the territory for fear that rebellion may start elsewhere.

With Anai on the retreat, the people celebrated and had Cyprian crowned king. The wise men and Cyprian wrote a constitution for their new nation, and it was decided that the nation should be named Cyprarnia, after Cyprian.

War with the Tirevulians

The fledging nation still had enemies however. Cyprian decided that war with the Tirevulian's was inevitable. He took his army of 5,000, in the year 412, and went to war with the barbaric Tirevulian's. The war lasted for 20 years, due to the territorial size of Makkus Tirevulia, and the geurilla warfare techniques of the Tirevulian's. In 432, Cyprian emerged trimphant, and Nwot Tirevulia the capital of Makkus Tirevulia was assimilated into Cyprarnia. Devestated by the long war, Cyprian settled down, and set out to rebuild Cyprarnia. In the process, Cyprian's wife, Milla, gave birth to their son Markus, later to be called Emperor Markus I, on August 23, 437D

Death

On june 12th, 451 Cyprian died a natural death in his newly build palace. Even though he was dead, his legacy still remains, and the desire to create civil rights burns in all the hearts of Cyprarnian's everywhere
