Cyrias

Cyrias, to the south of Pappel is a long island with many long historical references. The only problem for Tourists is that everybody who is lives in Cyrias speaks only Welsh. And won’t learn English unless it’s a life or Death situation. In Cyrias their as a plant called the Puri Palm, that only grows on the fertile soils. It is a strange plant whose bark contains mystical healing properties, where as the nuts that grow on the Puri palm are incredibly toxic, and only an acid stronger then the poison can make them edible, unfortunately the only place you can find an acid so strong is in the saliva of the Carro, and so the nuts rely of the Carro to be spread, and the Carro rely on the palm for food.

In Cyrias Fishing is also a very popular past time. Around the northern end of the island fish flock in their hundreds, but people are still unsure as to what causes these huge amounts of fish to appear in such a small area around winter every year, but then they don’t mind, it means an easy supply of fish for the rest of the year.
