His Exellency Sir Cyril Gordon Muffplaster Radionov Casaba O'Mahoney Askalan DeDerrier von Holsterman Wyznyjytski Ungern-Sturmberg Banerjee Svenssen M'Beki Vicenzo MacLehose-Strangways-Jones III, KCRC LOG is His Cobdenian Excellency's Permanent Representative to the United Nations and head of the Cobdenian Mission to the United Nations.

Born in Port Sir Richard in 1880, Sir Cyril attended the prestigious Riccardoton Girls school, due to a typing error and a short sighted priest, where he fathered over 300 illegitimate children; before attending Hailsham College, Port Sir Richard University; where he attained a double first class honours degree in Irritating Funny Foreigners, the standard course for those wishing to join the Cobdenian Foreign and Regional Office. He shewed promise as a young diplomat, and was single handedly responsible for the outbreak of the Dull and Fairly Short War of 1902 when he accidentally assassinated Archduke Alexander Kapranos when the spoon he was wielding turned out to be loaded. Due to this, he was immediately made a Member of the Slightly Shambolic Order of the Governor (MOG). In 1920, he served as Ambassador to Omigodtheykilledkenny, and due to his stirling efforts to bring the two countries together, and the fact he actually didn't end up going to war with them, he was promoted to a Lieutnenant of the Slightly Shambolic Order of the Governor (LOG) by His Excellency the Governor-General, before leaving that position and replacing Sir Leslie Featherstonehaugh-Mickelwhaite-Cholmondsey-Cholmondsey-Smythe, KCRC in 1930. Due to this appointment, he was made a Knight Commander of the Most Fantabulous Order of Sir Richard Cobden (KCRC).

Sir Cyril is considered a strong sovereigntist except on issues of Free Trade; he especially dislikes resolutions that do not take into consideration the variety of technological differences in the world and worlds.

As well as a Diplomat, Sir Cyril is also a champion Spaniel breeder and a fully qualified fireman.
