Cythera

The southern-most city in all of Starblaydia boasts the Protectorate Court, the hughest judicial body in the land, moved from Jhanna to Cythera to further integrate and de-centralise Starblaydia. The legal feel from the city also comes from the nation of Legalese, who sit across an uninhabited No-Man's Land to the south. This feel only increased with the ceasing of Legalese, and Cythera and Giarista were obvious choices for the large numbers of law-practisers who needed a place to call home.
