Dian law is fairly simple. It places the individual as master of their own destiny. Faith is formost followed by physical domain. Cultural Concepts then form into standards of application. ICCD has gone through many stages. [Imperial Constitution] [Imperial Statutes] [Imperial Ordinances]

The Interior Division head (prime minister) prepares the Interior Agenda. Each divisional

head details their own agenda finally The Govenor General reads a summery and

comments of the Imperial view.
