Dafydd ap Cunedda

Daffydd ap Cunedda (19 December 1465-13 July 1515) was King of Shieldcrest from 5 October 1472 and High King of the Resurgent Dream from 12 May 1478, in both cases until his forced abdication following the Homecoming War. Daffydd was made high king after a rebellion by those loyal tothe house of Cunedda toppled High King THomas VIII, the last high king of the Waller dynasty. Daffydd's reign constituted a brief restoration of the Cunedda dynasty between the collapse of the Wallers and the installation of the Gwydion dynasty in the wake of the war.
