Biography
David Vrelck was a Tyradorian Admiral who crossed over during the war of independence. He has served in The Phoenix Milita's Navy throughout its entire history distinguishing himself in battle a number of times. Vrelck is an old submariner with the tenacity of a Navy SEAL. Considered the most capable admiral in the fleet and nationally famous as a war hero, Vrelck even has had an entire class of battlecruiser named after him. He has never lost a battle which he commanded, although since becoming Admiral of The Navy, he has not directly commanded many, and is loved by politicians and sailors alike.
