Spanish capital of their colony Nueva Extremadura, now part of the North Western Quarter. Del Monte Pelado was a rich city, built on the solid ground of large plantations trading with the whole Imperial Armies region. Not much has to be said about this city, except that it's predominantly Spanish and birthplace of Xaviero Guerra.

Founded relatively early in Guffingfordian history - 1613 - it was quickly obvious that this city held much of the nation's future. A very and fertile rich soil, rivers and lakes nearby and forests this reminded many of Spain who lived there. Famous buildings and institutions are the Spanish Fortress, the Museum of Colonial and Native Art and the Cultural Society of Guffingford.
