A shadowy and secretive group, the Delta Triumvirate (DT) was a tight-knit military, technological, political, and economic alliance between Sniper Country, Western Asia, and Gradenk. The group was formed shortly after the Royal Palm conflicts (which included all three nations as allies on one side), apparently from the shared desire to create a stable and dependable alliance that would benefit all parties equally. Each of the nations was seen as a major contributor to some factor of the alliance's military strength: Gradenk would provide the main overall military strength and a great deal of financial support; Western Asia would provide the naval might and technology; and Sniper Country would provide the intelligence network and a firm standing in special forces tactics.

The charter reportedly established a loose set of operating rules that basically allowed any member to have access to the military technologies and tools (including all military bases) of any other member upon request. The charter also reportedly required that all members provide full possible defenses for the others.

After the loss of Gradenk, documents from Western Asia indicated that the remaining nations were considering a number of possible replacements, including Ell, Syskeyia, and Mega Tau, were considered. The loss of Sniper Country, however, meant that the Delta Triumvirate was officially defunct.

While the Delta Triumvirate was never officially called into war, it was reportedly involved in the Coalition War as a "shadow ally," albeit never officially. The technology and systems (and possibly personnel) of other DT nations would regularly appear within the forces of one member state or another.
