Full members of The COFR

Mungaia has been elected as Democracy's UN Delegate and will vote in the UN as the majority wishes. All UN members are asked to endorse Mungaia.

Democracy was founded on 4th April 2006 by a great nation who believed that Democracy would eventually prosper over all. Within the first few months of Democracy's exsistance the first delegate was elected. OCR defeated Kyronea to be the region's first Delegate.

On January 26, 2007, Democracy joined the Confederacy of Free Regions (COFR); an alliance with the purpose of building contacts between like-minded regions and defending those regions from aggression. Democracy is presently a member of the COFR Security Council.

After more than 10 months OCR stood down as Delegate and was replaced by Bodfari, who defeated Darkwingistan 9 votes to 4; the greatest participation in voting in Democracy's history.

Unfortunately, due to some undisclosed personal issues, Bodfari had to step down as delegate in early May 2007 and has appointed Mungaia as a temporary UN Delegate. Emergency elections are being held at this time. The race is between Mungaia and Peaceful Llamas. Mungaia won the election 4-3 an is currently serving his first term as the regional delegate.
