Deputy Premier Of Great Soviets Republic is the second highest role in the Government of Great Soviets Republic the constitution states (if Premier resigns, dies or have to have to temporary change power the Deputy Premier will become Premier or Acting Premier)
1st Deputy: Boris Nikbaki (1991-1999)
2nd Deputy Vladimir Nikbaki (1999-2005)
3rd Deputy Mikhail Gorbachev (2005-present)
