History
Until recently, the Derries were a major name in the Nova Mercia Premier League. However, in the fourth season of the new KLF Overleague, the purple-clad side became one of four brand new "expansion" teams - and walked away with the title in their first year. The side had consolidated this well, and looked to be flourishing into one of the league's big names. Then they hit the wall (and twelfth) in Season Six.
