Derek Jackson was the former president of New Genoa and has been since around September 2004 (real life time). Derek Jackson was the vice president under the Carter administration. Originally elected as a Liberal his politics shifted leading to his founding of the Neo-Liberal Party. Jackson's vice president was Howard Baines.
