Derilect Class Submarine

The Derilect Class Submarine (SSBN-34) is a large submarine class used exclusively by Asgarnieu and its protectorates. It incorporates many designes seen on World War Two-era German U-Boats.

Resurrection of The Deck Gun

The Derilect Class was designed with maximum destructive power in mind. The addition of a 64mm Deck Gun makes this submarine that much more powerful. The deck gun is able to hit a target at around 3 miles with great accuracy. There are special anti-shipping rounds used by the gun that can disable a corvette or frigate with little trouble, sparing precious torpedos.

Powerplant

The ASG-88 Nuclear Reactor uses natural circulation, which reduces the need for reactor coolant pumps, saving space and weight. The reactor uses Uranium oxide (U-235), and its control rod system is made up of Cadmium.
