Summary
The Diarchy of Deutera Sparta (Δευτέρα Σπάρτη) is a country ruled by two kings, remarkable for its compulsory military service, its austere customs and the ancient and renowned body of laws of Lycurgus (Λυκοῦργος). Its laconic, intelligent and bellicose people are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
The government is mainly concerned with Defense, Education and Social Welfare.
