Deutsches Sprachenfernsehen is a Danaan television station based in Agwenberg, Thorlund. It is one of the largest German language television channels in the Resurgent Dream. The parent company of Deutsches Sprachenfernsehen is the International Television Corporation.

History

Deutsches Sprachenfernsehen was founded by Siegbert Sachs and Hesechiel Sachse in early 2001. Originally, the station primarily marked television programs from Lavenrunz and Marlund to a Danaan audience.

However, the network soon developed its own news program to meet the news needs of German speakers living in the Resurgent Dream. The program was co-anchored by Julian Saggau and Katharina Caninis. The show was an almost instant success in Thorlund, Zutern, and Kagerlund.

Following the success of their news hour, Sachs and Sachse began pursuing a wide variety of original programming. They also began to redo well-known Danaan movies in German to allow their audience to share in national cultural experiences which linguistic limitations might have made difficult for them before.
