The Human-Delphinine Republic Dolphineo is an extremely stunning nation in several ways, most conspicuously is its government, the capitol is underwater, and more extraordinarily the dolphins within the Republic’s waters have an active role in the national government and important political decision making. Though often overshadowed by the nations extraordinary representation system, there are also strict policies on environmental protection and outgoing policies on space exploration.
