Domestic Soccer in Casari is organized and operated by the Casari Soccer Authority. Leagues are organized into different levels and several different types of competition.

The League
The League is the CSA's organized competion for the first teams of all Professional and Amateur clubs. The league structure itself is split into Professional and Amateur levels, with limited promotion and relegation between the two.

Promotion and Relegation
Promotion and Relegation is done various ways between the different leagues.
- The winner of a playoff match between the First Division Champion and the CSA Cup Winner determined the promotee to the IAFL.
- The bottom three finishers in the First, Second, and Third Divisions are relegated. to be replaced with the top three finishers in the Second, Third, and the winners of playoff matches in the Fourth Divisions.
- The bottom four teams in each Fourth Division conference are relegated, to be replaced with the top eight teams in the Candidates Tournement.
- The top team in each Regional League are given byes to the Regional Final match, with the second place team getting a Regional Semifinal bye, and the third a Regional Quarterfinal bye.
- Below the Regional Leagues, Promotion and Relegation vary based on the number of leagues blow them in the league pyramid.
The Academy League
The Academy League consists of the top 120 Under-18 sides in the nation. The teams play in 6 leagues divided into four tiers.

Promotion and Relegation
Promotion and Relegation in the reserve leagues are dependant on the success or failure of the side's first team- the top 40 first teams overall are grouped in the first tier, while the next 80 are in the second.
