Kiravan Empire

A Dominion, in the Kiravian Empire, is a client state or independant vassal that is annexed into the Empire. They may or may not be colonized by Kiravians, genrally the latter. Kedara, and the former nations of Bardsey, Luxgin, and Britvia are examples of dominions. Dominions maintain governmental control of local matters, but the Empire handles their foriegn policy and military matters. Trade and Infrastructure genreally shift to control of the Empire. Unlike with other provinces, Kiravians do not build cities in dominions, and carry out governmental matters from the native capital city.

Metropolis

The Dominion, also called "New Dominion", as opposed to the old Dominion is the total territory ruled by Metropolis on the British Isles after the Empire retreated to its home dimension.

• Regulator - Orginally soldiers of the Wikipedia:Royal Navy Regulating Branch of the British Navy, these soldiers now serve as the Dominion's basic military police.

• Enforcer - Dominion heavy infantry. Enforcers are armed with laser (or rather, Comet) weapons. Enforcers are used to push through hardened enemy defenses. Some of these forces became apparently corrpted by Chaos and serve as Chaos' assault forces.
