Doroy Blinn is the Supreme Protectorate Commander of the Miokalian Armed Forces.
He is the highest ranking officer in the Miokalian military and answers directly only to two people:
The president of Miokalia and the Premier of the Empire of Malychis.
Doroy Blinn is a Class-O.R. Malych mechanical Raptor. Unlike most other Malych who only have parital access to the Malych Central Awareness, Blinn has access to all of the intelligence and data stored in the C.A. system. This is because he has achieved super-sentience. A theoretical state of being which is basically the machine equivalent to organic "nirvana" in Buddhism or "Enlightenment".
A very personable character, Blinn has helped to strengthen relations between Miokalia and the Furry Federation. As a military leader, Blinn is unparalleled at preserving the safety and security of military operations. As a super-sentient machine, he is compassionate toward his own soldiers not by programming, but rather through natural process. However, he still gets the job done with relentless efficiency and mechanical accuracy. He was instrumental in the defeat of the United Factions Army at Hokyldaryon. The victory which guaranteed Miokalia's nationhood.
Doroy Blinn as a political leader endorses the New Penninsular Pacifist Party of Miokalia. He refuses to invoke deities in his political statements, since he (like most Malych is an ardent Atheist. Beleiving in only intelligence and science and not the super-natural)
