Dr. Humbert Humbert

Dr Humbert Humbert is an educated scholar with literary capacities and a writer background who has put his past in shade. Born in Provence with both Vexinean and Rheinish origins, it seems that he had such an ordinary childhood that no archives of any kind could mention him. Graduated in litterature and able to speak between 12 and 18 languages (the exact number is unknown - as are many other things about him), he began a diplomatic career, thought his lack of motivation provided him only with cultural positions all around Europe. However, he did made an international network of friends & relatives tihs way, and it is said that this discreet character has worked for the MDK (ECE's secret services).

Eventually appointed ECE Ambassador in Erlangen-Ansbach, he worked there in silence, always vanishing behind the official statesmen such as former president Vandergraaf or minister Kate Bush. However, he has, here and everywhere else, a strong network of friends.

Surprisingly, this unknown character was appointed candidate to presidential elections by the European Social-Democratic Party following the withdrawal of Mr. Vandergraaf after his last term. Dr Humbert agreed without hesitations anyway, and was elected with quite a large margin. Since this day he acts as with an iron hand in a velvet glove, still silent but more present than scheduled.

This single 46 years-old man is said to have sexual deviances but this has never been proven. He shares his life with latin-american painter Itsuko Egorovna, and none of them have children.
