Dracon

Dracon derive from their home world, Draco. Unlike most species the Dracon although far removed from humanity have taken a parallel if not a far more advanced pace of evolution than that of humanity. They are one of the few species that have acquired genetic memory though their evolution. Due to this, their technology has advanced in leaps and bounds. The Dracon are also unique in that if a human or other sentient were to examine one of their species they would not be able to tell exactly what family the Dracon belonged to. Because the Dracon have traits of the families mammal; due to the presence of tiny hairs on their skin and that they are regular internal temperature, reptilian; due to the presence of scales on their skin and highly developed immune system, and avian; due to their feathered mane and highly developed respiratory system.

The Dracon are one of a kind, in that with their evolutionary success, came piety, it is the Dracon's belief that their goddess, who in fact was a female of another species, gave them life so that they may aid others in finding honor and peace.
