In Asgarnieu, drugs are not all illegal. Some drugs are allowed to be used by any citizen.
Legal Drugs
Asgarnian laws are fairly relaxed regarding drugs. All prescription drugs approved by the Asgarnian Federal Drug And Foods Bureau are legal. Narcotic drugs that are legal are:
- Marijuana
- Qat
There are no other narcotics that are legal in Asgarnieu.
Illegal Drugs
- Opium
- Heroin
- Cocaine
- Crack
- Methamphetamine
- Extasy
- LSD
- PCP
- Jimson Weed
- Quayludes
- Mescaline
- Peyote
- Psilocybin
- Nicotine
Punishments
Any person caught with any amount of illegal drugs or narcotics is immediately sentenced to 10 years in prison, and a 100,000 Gold Point fine. Subjects trafficing, selling, or producing illegal drugs are sentenced to Life in Prison under a Class I Felony (see Asgarnian Common Law.
Tolerable Dosage
No-one is allowed to carry more than 5 ounces of Marijuana or 1/2 pound of Qat. Violation is a Level I Misdemeanor.
