Duc Armand de le Saint Michele
Armand is sired from one of the oldest families in Sicinia, and is brother to the deposed King Reynarde. In spite of the family ties Armand is one of the Premier's greatest supporters, and graciously allowed Admiral Francois to occupy the King's Palace, his property, as the new capital.
The Duc also has one of the richest estates in the nation, and certainly the largest. He is known for being a gracious lord without an unredeeming feature. A godly man much given to charity and affection, he is much admired by commoners and lords alike.
Some have suggested that he run for Premier, but to great surprise he declined, feeling that his ambition had been sated.
