Dulang/Deadly Vaporean War

The War Begins

The war began when a Dulangi ship, the DIS Scorpio IV, opened fired a Deadly Vaporean ship, the DVV Ironside. After the Ironside recieved heavy damage from the Dulangi Beam Cannons, it returned fire severley damaging the Scorpio IV. After another hit from the Dulangi Beam Cannons the Ironside was destroyed with all hands. Soon after the Scorpio IV sunk due to heavy battle damage.

Dulang Nuclear Attack

Less than an hour and a half after the Dulangi attack, Dulang fired three nuclear missiles, whose targets were the Deadly Vaporean Cities of Northwatch, Kharn, and Shinar. Two nuclear missiles were destroyed with the third impacting Shinar, killing 14 million of the inhabitants.

Deadly Vaporean Orbital Laser Attack

Thirty three minutes after the nuclear missile exploded at Shinar, Deadly Vapors fired a low wavelength laser at the Dulangi city of Dutail. The laser caused the cities building material, a mineral know as glycasyn, to heat up destroying the glycasyn and the shattering effect caused by its destruction killed 16 million people, with an addition death of one million as the mountain side the city is perched on gives way in an avalanche.

Allies of the Opposing Sides

Shortly after the incidents above took place, Somabalbah declared support for Deadly Vapors after the government of Dulang blamed the nuclear attack on Somabalbah. Later, Dulang secretly bribed Exploding Penguins into joining them in the war. Though Deadly Vapors asks for Dancing Bananaland's help, DBL refuses on the basis that both sides were guilty of wrong doing. Andany joins Deadly Vapors after deciding that Dulang initiated the conflict. All other nations subsequently joined Deadly Vapors excpet Hendricksonia, which made a deal for with Dulang for technology and their support.
