The Duma of Popeleoma Del Signe sits on Troyes Island on Nazareth road. It currently has 862 members and will consider re-elections soon. The King makes an address before the Duma every fortnight on thursdays. The Duma meets every Wednesday and they leave for their districts after the King's Address. Laws are proposed here and move onto the Politiburo with at least 5/8ths majority.
