Admiral Dutch Marie Payton recently named Grand Admiral of the entire Navy of Aqua Anu, and a proud lesbian partner to The High Dutchess (Duchess The Akoowan Language spells it with a T) and a close freind to Princess Subaru Akoowa. She is also a direct decendent of Princess Dutch M. Churchill II

Biography
Early Life
Dutch was born on July 8, 1982 to Antonia and Elias Churchill in Port Anya Aqua Anu. Her father was a fisherman while her mother was a housewife. Naturally they were quite stretched for money. Whan Dutch was two years old her father was lost at sea and was never heard from again. Antonia remarried shortly after to Aldo Payton. While it seemed to be a match made in heaven the honeymoon quickly ended. Aldo was a heavy drinker and underground rum-runner. He physically abused both Antonia and Dutch untill he was arrested for posetion of alcholic beverages. Antonia remmaried yet again to another Payton, Alfonso Payton who was an Aqua Plant Worker. While money was tight the family was much happier than it had been.
Military Service
Upon graduating High School (at 17) she entered the Royal Navy to complete secondary school. At age 20 Dutch achived a great honor. During a routine trip her ship suddenly came underfire by a group of heavily armed pirates. Unfortunatley the attack was so sudden and unexpected that the crew was ill prepared to counter. The ship was sunk and the ships admiral was killed. Dutch took controll of the ship and quickly countered killing all perpatrators. The ship would sink but Dutch managed to get everyone to saftey. Dutch was instantly Promoted by Queen Akoowa to Admiral and was given command of AQRN Dutch M. Churchill (The pride of the fleet). She became the youngest Admiral in the history of the country.
Dutch served as commanding Admiral during The Hanover Conflict and even stood up to Stevid's powerful navy which greatly out numbered them. Dutch's ship fought bravely against the onslaught but was forced to retreat due to the threat of Stevid's wrath by their Gothic Missiles.
Marriage
Following the war, Dutch met Dutchess Marina Antonioni who ironically opposed the involvment in Hanover. Both engaged in a freindly debate but quickly became freinds. It wasn't long before a romantic relation between them blossomed. Both would frequantly sail together and travel and oneday both just felt a strong connection of love and wedded. The news was shocking to all including the Queen and Princess, that The Hero of the Sea, Captain of the Pride was a "queer" as well as a Dutchess of the Royal Parliament. Both became the subject to skit-comedy and poltical satire bashings. And on a Controversial appearance on Aqua Tonight Marina and Dutch appeared saying they were not ashamed to be Lesbian Partners and would give anything. While the marriage may not have made them any more popular their positions of power remained.
Grand Admiral
Following their marriage and the second Hanover war Dutch took a break to spend time with Marina. She was called in with a meeting with the Queen and Princess. After a short while of chatter she was given the great news that she would now head the Entire Royal Navy. Not only was she the youngest Admiral she was the youngest Comanding Grand Admiral of the Royal Navy in history.
Gay Rights Advocation
As a proud lesbian she has been a fighter and advocate for gay rights around the country and world. Along with Marina she has participated in marches and pressed for continuing legislation for gay rights. When Marina was promoted to High Dutchess she created the controversial LGBT Housing Act to help Gays, Lesbians, and Transexuals get easiere acess to housing, and sanction severly landlords or realestate agents who discriminate or work to prevent or obstruct them from adequate housing and treatment.
Controversy
Both her and Marina have been together in a number of risque films and photos all lesbian related. This has been called a misues of power and authority and presenting an image not befiting a Dutchess or Admiral. This inclueds a public display of their affection with out hesitation. People have constantly asked for them to be repremended or stopped but thoes officals insist their hands are tied.
