The East Pacific Treaty Organization (EPTO) is a small alliance dedicated to the preservation of peace and justice in the East Pacific region. It was formulated predominantly as a response to the Trioni Incident, and was unofficially created during the Jambuula Hostage Crisis.

The founding nations were the Free Pacific States, Jambuula and Krechzianko. Soon after its foundation, the nations of Milesandia, Xiopothos, East Malaysia, America-Canada-Mexico, Govindia, among others, joined as well.

It consists mainly of a central Council, which makes all major EPTO decisions. There are numerous smaller committees within the alliance, either economic or military. The alliance has a small standing army known as the Emergency Action Force, and all armies within the group fight together when on the defensive. The alliance saw combat during the Packilvanian civil strife of early 2005, when they fought for the rebellious General Tlant.
