Ebon-Excelsior, officially the Theocracy of Ebon-Excelsior, also known as EE (but never Ebon Excelsior), is a small, low-lying coastal nation in the Democratic Union. It is bordered by Palixia, Philanchez, Tetris L-Shaped Block, Compopund-Complex, and Murky Moray.
History
The Crusade of the Glorious Empire

The war began with the Rejected Society taking the side of Palixia. However, soon after fall of Brezec, Ebon-Excelsior and her neighbor Murky Moray switched sides and assisted TGE in attacking the Palixian colony directly to their north. The attack was initially successful due to the aid of TGE troops, but soon the troops were redirected to Philanchez.
This led to a string of defeats that resulted in the people of EE rebelling against the government. The leaders of EE were killed, and the new leadership took the side of the ILL. However, TGE troops stationed in EE started to quell the rebellion and took control of all of the cities. As the army fell back to defences along the border, EE was overrun. The civilian population refused to be occupied and attacked TGE troops everywhere. However TGE troops adapted a strategy of using armoured vehicles and hard points in cities to prevent them from being ousted, and did not leave until the cease-fire was signed. The results of the war were the destruction of every major city in the country, and the death of 50 million civilians.
Government
Ebon-Excelsior is ruled by a council of judges appointed by God. They go by the name The High Council of Judges or HCJ. The members of the HCJ meet and discuss issues as they arise. Recent the original set of HCJ became corrupt and were replaced by Sparrow Cuba, Dave Batista, and Ithiel. Sparrow is in charge of more general issues in the country such as the economy. Batista handles issues dealing with the military. Finally Ithiel manages all issues pertaining with religion and diplomacy.
Military
HCJ member, Dave Batista controls all issues dealing with the military. EE's military is stricly a volunteer army. The country of EE chooses not to force members of its population to complusary military service. The army is size is approxamtly 1% of the of EE's total population. EE has a proud and distinguished air force. It consist of F117-Night Hawks, Black Birds, White Stalians, F-14's, FA-18's, Prowlers, Thunderbolt IIs, and X-35s. EE's ground force is not so effective. It only consist of basic troops, Abrams, T-80's, and War Jeeps. EE being an coastal nation has a large navay that only consist of two types of ships. They are, Sovre Menny Class Destroyers and Aircraft Carriers. Though this army has seen little action it remains of of the most powerfulest in the regoin.
