Ecole de Mer
Nation: Sicinia Salis
Function: University city
Population: 39,961
Leader: Comtesse Adrienne du Ecole

A small, exceedingly pleasant city of almost 40,000 souls, Ecole de Mer is one of the most desired places to reside. Under the leadership of the late Comte Robert du Ecole and his daughter Adrienne, Ecole de Mer is known as one of the safest cities in Sicinia and one of the cleanest. Although it possesses a harbor most of its income is earned from tourism and from the two colleges the University of Heathergate and the Royal Naval Academy that dominate the city.

The city had lately become the resort of the wealthy and powerful, it sunshine and warm water bringing many for the new activity of ocean bathing. The houses lining the ocean and atop the nearby hills that run into the water are perhaps the most expensive in the region.
