Edward von Locrian-Evans was the king of Melixia from February 28, 1977 to June 4, 2005. He was loved by all the people. He endorsed cigarettes and helped expand industrialization in Melixia by letting cigarette factories build throughout Beboppo. His son, William Evans, however, began an anti-cigarette factory stance immediately when taking the crown, and the factories have begun to move elsewhere. Edward von Locrian-Evans is best known for his large book collection, harpsichord fetish, creation of the public mail system, and the integration of American media on television and radio.
